Staircase Design and Production Manager (Beard)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design and Production Manager specialising in timber stairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking on-site measurements, creating staircase designs, and overseeing the production process from design approval to manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site measurements for staircase projects.
- Design staircases using **Stairbiz** software and submit drawings for customer approval.
- Manage the design-to-production workflow, ensuring smooth handoff and approval.
- Prepare production files for our **2022 Biesse 5-Axis Pod and Rail CNC** machine and oversee the production process.
- Supervise and support the CNC operator, helping problem-solve any issues that arise during production.
- Utilize **Bsolid** software for operations on the **Biesse Rover A CNC** machine, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage and run the daily operations of the Delkon workshop.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Stairbiz software experience necessary
- CAD experience necessary
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Good communication.
- Proficient IT skills.

Pay: $90,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
