Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Domino’s Queanbeyan store to ensure smooth and efficient service

Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve excellence in customer service and operational standards

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders

Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets

Handle rostering, budgeting, and staff performance evaluations

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail or hospitality industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

Full-time availability including evenings and weekends

Previous experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) preferred
