Job Description We currently have an opportunity for Full Time Security Guard. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, our front of house security staff are the face of Downer and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, achieve the highest level of safety, high quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)
- Facilitate the operation of security and access systems
- Maintain surveillance of the site, including monitoring all personnel while on site
- Monitor, manage, control and record all communications across the site
- Support Helpdesk Service as required Support and assist the Security Supervisor, as required. What You’ll Bring (experience required)
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Current Defence Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain
- NSW or ACT Security Licence (or ability to acquire before commencement)
- A Certificate II in Security Operations (or ability to acquire before commencement)
- Experience in Security industries preferred
