Key Responsibilities Customer Issue Resolution & Support: Deliver exceptional service by efficiently resolving customer issues, specifically those related to trouble with mobile top-ups. Ensure their satisfaction by understanding and addressing these immediate needs, thereby fostering long-term customer relationships. Sales Opportunities & Upselling: Utilize effective questioning techniques to gain deep insights into customer needs. Leverage these insights to upsell and recommend contract-based solutions over pay-as-you-go options, aligning with customer goals and enhancing their overall experience. Target-Driven Sales: Thrive in a agile, target-oriented environment where curiosity, resilience, and resourcefulness are essential. Focus on achieving sales targets by providing detailed, tailored solutions swiftly, and promoting products that align with customer needs. Qualifications: We're looking for sales-oriented individuals who excel in building strong customer relationships and expertly aligning product offerings with customer needs for successful upselling. Ideal candidates have a background in sales or have thrived in target-driven environments. Key skills include Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer support and efficiently navigate multiple systems. Strong problem-solving abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail. Patience and resilience are essential to excel in this dynamic role. Exceptional communication skills, capable of asking insightful questions to reveal customer needs and uncover sales opportunities. Training & Development: Our trainers are dedicated to ensuring your success by providing all the tools and guidance you need. You'll start with a comprehensive training program on our systems, products and features, followed by a supportive nesting period. After nesting, you'll receive ongoing on-the-job training and continuous support to promote your growth and development. Why Join Us?
