Landscaper (Karabar)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Landscaper**/**Landscape Construction Team Leader** to join our dynamic team. This full time role offers the opportunity to lead high-quality landscape construction projects—both hard and soft-scaping—while working with a reputable and growing company.

**Duties are as follows but not limited to**: 1. **Construction -**Undertake unsupervised construction of landscaping projects involving hard and soft-scaping, using plans and scoping documents appropriately; 2. **Customer Liaison**
- Liaising with clients prior to and during project construction to ensure clear lines of communication between the client and the Company, representing the Company professionally at all times; 3. **Leadership**- Show leadership through professional practice, supervision and modeling Company values, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes for each project.

4. **Assisting the Construction Manager**- Assisting the Construction Manager when and as required including acting into the Construction Manager role when requested.

5. **Liaison with Suppliers and Other Companies**- Ordering and arranging delivery of materials and services required to effectively construct landscaping projects. Maintain and promote effective relationships with other companies with whom the Company does business; and

6. **Other tasks** as negotiated with the Construction Manager and Director.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
