We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Landscape Construction Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This full time role offers the chance to lead high-quality landscape construction projects—both hard and soft-scaping—while working with a reputable and growing company.

Duties are as follows but not limited to:

Construction -Undertake unsupervised construction of landscaping projects involving hard and soft-scaping, using plans and scoping documents appropriately;

Customer Liaison
- Liaising with clients prior to and during project construction to ensure explicit lines of communication between the client and the Company, representing the Company professionally at all times;

Leadership- Show leadership through professional practice, supervision and modeling Company values, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes for each project.

Assisting the Construction Manager- Assisting the Construction Manager when and as required including acting into the Construction Manager role when requested.

Liaison with Suppliers and Other Companies- Ordering and arranging delivery of materials and services required to effectively construct landscaping projects. Maintain and promote effective relationships with other companies with whom the Company does business; and

Other tasks as negotiated with the Construction Manager and Director.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
