- Visual Aids and resources to help reinforce and deliver important goals and instructions Responsibilities Lead Teacher:
- Conduct secure, positive, and motivating swimming classes following our Swim the Rainbow Program Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of swim teaching and water safety, ensuring member safety and enjoyment Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current CPR
- WWCC
- NDISWC (All applicants will need to apply for an NDISWC once they have accepted a position to teach with us About Rainbow Club: Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
