**The opportunity**

Our Customer Experience team are seeking two part-time team members to join their team on a temporary basis for a 2-year contract.

As a Customer Experience Officer, you’ll play a key role within our organisation, being the first point of contact for our Community, setting the standard for first class customer service. You’ll be an expert in multi-tasking and have a knack for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be top notch and you’ll have an ability to not only adapt to but exceed customer expectations with every encounter.

As no two days are the same at PSC, this opportunity will see you rotating between our front desk, liaising with our internal business units, taking phone calls and responding to customer enquiries via our socials.

**This is a contract opportunity**
- working part-time between 14
- 28 hours / week with availability to work across the 5 day span as required

**Hourly Rate Range**:$35.73 to $39.42 per hour + 11.5% superannuation + retention allowance

**You will be working from**PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

- Provide expert advice, maintaining up to date knowledge of Council’s policies, services, and procedures
- Receive and process all financial transactions, including the daily bank reconciliations
- Receive all incoming telephone calls, responding on behalf of the relevant department or redirect where necessary

- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal efficiently with all enquiries from members of the public with proven conflict resolution skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment, prioritise workloads, and contribute to team success
- Advanced data entry and keyboard skills, including a strong understanding of MS Office Suite
