We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations and customer engagement on key new projects

**The Role**

As the Maintenance and Asset Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of key projects. You will oversee underground mining & major equipment hire assets, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency. You will also manage client relationships, financial oversight and ensuring Alfabs Mining continues to exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead customer service initiatives and stakeholder engagement for key clients.
- Swift & efficient resolution to customer enquiries & requests
- Manage the full lifecycle of mining assets
- acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate servicing and repairs with internal and external teams.
- Monitor asset performance, utilisation, and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee contract financials including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary client contact for financial and contractual matters.
- Identify and mitigate risks to contract delivery and financial health.
- Drive & promote Alfabs Safety Culture & WHS Responsibilities
- Provide weekly financial performance reports to senior management.

About You
- Certifications in asset, contract, or project management (highly regarded).
- Relevant trade background (desirable).
- Experience in Underground mining equipment
- Deep understanding of coal mining equipment and operations
- Strong background in customer service or account management.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Commercially pragmatic with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
