Are you an early riser with a passion for food and great customer service? We’re looking for motivated and reliable **Donut Decorators & Retail Sales Assistants** to join our team at **Donut King Raymond Terrace** — with additional opportunities now available at our **Maitland store**.

This **hybrid role** combines **morning food prep and decorating** with **customer-facing retail service**. You’ll start your day decorating our iconic donuts and iced cakes, then shift into front-of-house service, assisting customers and supporting smooth daily operations.

You’ll begin your day preparing and decorating our iconic donuts and iced cakes, then transition into front-of-house service — assisting customers, operating the till, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

**What You’ll Do**: **As a Morning Donut Decorator**:

- Prepare cake and icing mixes and monitor oil temperature
- Operate donut-making equipment and complete decorating tasks in the correct order
- Unpack and organise stock for the day and pack products for the following day
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness across kitchen and prep areas
- Promptly unpack milk deliveries and restock fridges

**As a Retail Sales Assistant**:

- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Promote daily specials and upsell products
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Support in-store promotions and marketing
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety standards
- Follow company checklists and instructions from your Store Manager or Shift Supervisor
- Wear the correct uniform and represent the brand with pride

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Reliable and punctual
- early morning starts are essential
- Positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working across both kitchen and front-of-house
- Previous food prep or retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured routines
- Flexible availability to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
