Description
Our client is an industry leader in the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining space. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and sending goods, loading and unloading goods, and inventory control initiatives such as stocktaking.
- $52.54/hour applicable penalties
- Tomago, NSW location
- View to permanency after qualifying period
- ASAP start available for the right person About You You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Demonstrated experience operating Forklifts and Overhead Cranes safely
- Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings
- Accurate and efficient picking and packing of orders
- Receiving and dispatching of goods
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Performing stocktakes and regular cycle counts Successful Candidates Will:
- Hold a current LF forklift licence (required)
- Have demonstrated experience operating overhead cranes
- Hold a current Dogging or Rigging licence
- Have prior experience as a storeperson in the mining industry
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Possess sound computer knowledge and an interest in learning to use recent software
- Be physically fit and able to pass a functional assessment
- Possess a strong focus on workplace health and safety
