Maintenance Planner (Tomago)

Title: Maintenance Planner Location: Tomago, NSW, AU, 2300 The Opportunity Based in Tomago and reporting to the Assets Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for end to end maintenance planning across 28 water and wastewater treatment plants covering a 6,000 square kilometre region.

You'll work closely with operational supervisors, the client, contractors and the wider asset management team — building and improving maintenance plans, managing inventory, and ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and in line with contractual requirements. What's on offer

- Manage maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders through the CMMS (Infor EAM/VAMS)
- Develop work packages covering labour, materials, and costs
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance with operational and maintenance supervisors
- Facilitation of specialist service supplier maintenance schedules
- Manage spare parts inventory across the plant network and in Databases (Infor EAM / VAMS/ SAP S4 HANA and Ariba)
- Monitor maintenance performance against KPIs
- Purchase order management
- Liaise with the client, contractors, and suppliers to keep things moving
- Drive continuous improvement across maintenance systems and processes
- Champion safety across all planning activities What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in a maintenance planning role, ideally from a trades or industrial background
