- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Position: Light Vehicle Mechanic Duties include:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in light vehicles
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
- Conducting brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Performing wheel alignments and tyre fitting as required
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults and ensure accurate repairs
- Completing road tests to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Conducting NSW eSafety (pink slip) inspections (if licensed)
- Maintaining a clean and secure workshop in accordance with WHS requirements
