Receptionist (Heatherbrae)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Casual Receptionist to join our team working with a highly reputable global organisation, for a short-term 2 week assignment with an immediate start. If you enjoy being the first point of contact, thrive in a busy environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role This is a front-facing position where you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff, customers and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Managing front of house reception duties
- Answering and directing phone calls
- General administration and data entry
- Greeting visitors and customers
- Keeping kitchen and refreshment areas stocked and tidy
- Basic housekeeping and office presentation
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks About You
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Strong communication and phone manner
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Previous reception or administration experience preferred
