Description
Our client is an industry leader in the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining space.

As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and sending goods, loading and unloading goods, and inventory control initiatives such as stocktaking. $52.54/hour applicable penalties

Tomago, NSW location

View to permanency after qualifying period

ASAP start available for the right person

About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: Demonstrated experience operating Forklifts and Overhead Cranes safely

Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings

Accurate and effective picking and packing of orders

Receiving and dispatching of goods

Loading and unloading of goods

Performing stocktakes and regular cycle counts

Successful Candidates Will: Hold a current LF forklift licence (required)

Have demonstrated experience operating overhead cranes

Hold a current Dogging or Rigging licence

Have prior experience as a storeperson in the mining industry

Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Possess sound computer knowledge and an interest in learning to use recent software

Be physically fit and able to pass a functional assessment

Possess a solid focus on workplace health and safety

Be punctual and reliable, with a can-do approach
