- Division Ground Support | R&D; Engineer Location: Heatherbrae, NSW Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities
- Manage product development projects from start to completion, including project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Produce technical designs and drawings.
- Prototype testing in laboratory, relevant environments, and real‑life conditions.
- Develop test methods.
- Conduct prototype and product testing in underground environments at customer sites.
- Participate in and lead projects, including planning, design, ordering, and monitoring of prototypes.
- Compile technical reports.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, especially EHS policies. Qualifications and Experience You will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or Project Management and be comfortable working in a small team, sharing knowledge, and following best practice. You will have experience and a cultivated interest in innovation, product design and project management or related fields. You should be passionate about delivering projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project management, and possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. You must be well‑organised, self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently. Eligibility and Conditions To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
