**The role**
As the Property Services Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Group Leader and wider Hunter team with a range of administrative duties. You will assist with responding to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information as well as overall day-to-day organisation for the Hunter Team and coordination of priorities set by the Group Leader. There will also be case work and project work involvement including field work where required.
To be successful, you will be highly organised, a team player, have excellent people skills and ideally have previous working experience in administration or customer service. There is plenty of on the job training available, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), records information systems and database skills and experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Current drivers’ licence and willingness to travel.
