Due to continual business growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious Maintenance Fitter who’s eager to learn and grow into a confident Field Service Technician in our compressed air business.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in installing, servicing, and repairing compressed air systems and related equipment for our valued customers.

You’ll operate from a fully stocked company van, visiting customer sites across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Each day is different — you’ll enjoy variety, independence, and the satisfaction of helping customers get the most out of their equipment.

Full on-the-job training is provided. Bring your mechanical trade background, your personal tools, and a willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest!

What We’re Looking For

Trade background in Fitting, Turning, or Mechanical Engineering

A White Card, Driver Licence, and Trade Certificate

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site

Valuable communication skills and pride in customer service
