Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely under the guidance of a Sales Consultant, you will support customers at the start of their home building journey, providing guidance, inspiration, and a seamless experience within the display home environment. Your key focus will be:
- Based in one of our stunning display homes on the Central Coast (likely Warnervale)
- Be the first friendly face customers meet, creating a welcoming and memorable display home experience
- Partner with the Building & Design Consultant to turn enquiries into real opportunities
- Connect with customers to understand their lifestyle and help match them with their dream home design
- Bring designs to life by showcasing options and guiding customers through possibilities
- Coordinate appointments and maintain strong follow up with clients
- Play a hands on role behind the scenes with tenders, paperwork, and CRM updates
- Build your industry knowledge across home design, products, and building requirements
- Take pride in maintaining a beautiful, showroom ready display home every day About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
- Passionate about homes, design, and creating inspiring experiences

- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling customer information and paperwork
- Eager to learn and develop a career in new home sales

- Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday – Thursdays and Fridays off Interested?
