Retail Store Manager for Vodafone Kippa Ring (Kippa-Ring)

Established in 2004, Mo’s Mobiles is an exclusive Vodafone mobile phone dealer, with over 50 retail locations across Australia. Our stores offer the latest mobile phones, mobile broadband devices, and Vodafone service plans to consumers and small businesses.

**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated individual to join in our Kippa-RIng store as a Retail Store Manager. In this role you will effectively lead the team towards business objectives. Duties include:

- Overall supervision of store and staff
- Ensure consistency in day-to-day operations of the store to guarantee the business is running smoothly
- Offer extraordinary customer service and support to provide a genuine and unique customer experience and be a leading example to the team
- Train and develop staff to increase productivity
- Maintain a safe working environment for team and customers

You will work on a rotational roster which will include weekends, but have the benefit of UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS!

**About You**:

- Have previous sales and customer service experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day working week including late night trade and weekends

The following attributes are highly desirable but not essential:

- Experience in a telecommunications environment.
- Any previous management experience, or experience in training and mentoring a team.

**Salary**: $50,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
