**About the role**: **Be the Trusted HR Advisor Shaping Meaningful People Experiences!** Bring your HR expertise to a dynamic and values-driven organisation making a real impact in our communities. As a Human Resources Advisor at Unitywater, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent development to performance, rewards and employee relations.

You’ll join a supportive People, Culture and Safety team committed to collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement. This a 6month max-term contract with the potential to extend and offers the perfect balance, meaningful work, variety, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact while broadening your HR experience across a large, purpose-led organisation.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide trusted, hands-on advice to leaders across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Support initiatives in workforce planning, talent, performance, learning and employee relations.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes aligned to Unitywater’s PCS Strategy.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and engaging workplace where everyone thrives.

- define how we work together at Unitywater. To contribute to this, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: The requirements for the position are: **Must Haves**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience as HR Advisor in a predominantly blue and white collar, unionised environment.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with national and relevant state employment legislation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, formal, or ambiguous employee relations matters with risk awareness.
- Extensive knowledge across HR and ER functions, processes, and protocols, with proficiency in contemporary HR practices and tools.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, advising, and facilitating to resolve issues and meet organisational needs.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working in a multi-disciplined, highly complex organisation.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results.
