Registrar - Advanced Trainee (Redcliffe)

Redcliffe Hospital O&G; is recruiting for Advanced Trainee (RANZCOG) roles (x2) for 2027. Applicants should be in there final 2 years of training, or expecting to start their advanced, in 2027. Applicants on the RANZCOG SIMG and STT pathways are also encouraged to apply. Your Key Accountabilities This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:
- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health’s core values, as outlined below.
- To provide obstetric and gynaecological services under the supervision and direction of Senior staff.
- Document relevant clinical information accurately, concisely and legibly in patients charts.
- Conduct interviews, examinations and the identification of clinical problems.
- To arrange investigations, surgical treatment, medical treatment and discharge as directed by the Consultant to which assigned.
- Conduct day to day review of patients.
- To ensure comprehensive, accurate and concise medical records are maintained for patients.
- To ensure that discharge summaries and other correspondence are completed with minimum delay and that all such correspondence is complete prior to leaving the unit.
