Client & Location Information This well-established retail community pharmacy is located in Moreton Bay, a vibrant and growing area on the north side of Brisbane. Job Specification As the Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the dispensary team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Your key responsibilities include delivering high-quality professional services, managing dispensary workflow, and supporting the development of your team. The pharmacy operates on FRED dispense and handles a busy script volume. You will be supported by a second pharmacist, 2-3 Dispense Technicians, a Retail Manager, Stock Controller, and a large front of shop team. The roster is Tuesday to Saturday without any evenings. Skills Required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role would be required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with FRED dispense system.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Salary & Benefits
