What You’ll Do Design and develop mechanical systems, machines, and components Create technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Analyse systems for performance, safety, and efficiency Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance work Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project teams Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation Ensure compliance with Australian safety and engineering standards (WHS, ISO) Assist with project planning, costs, and materials (project-based roles) Work with clients, contractors, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering CAD skills (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials Understanding of safety and engineering standards Good communication and teamwork skills Site or project engineering experience is an advantage
