**THE POSITION**: **Stream Healthcare** is recruiting Social Workers with mental health experience for permanent or fixed term contracts across QLD, CBD and Regional QLD! We have positions available for Clinicians and Senior Clinicians ASAP. As a Social Worker you will be working closely within the community to support Complex Mental Health presentations and referrals. **SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Qualified Social Worker
- Experience working within a mental health settings
