The Chance:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Kings Park. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home

Providing support with hygiene and personal care

Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home setting

Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication

Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

To be successful in this role you will have:

At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker

NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance
- or willingness to obtain

Australian Drivers License & comprehensive car insurance

What shifts are we offering?

We are currently offering the below shifts:

Monday 7am to 9am

Tuesday 7am to 3pm

Thursday 9am to 3pm

Sunday 7am to 10:30am
