About the Role As a care nurse based at Estia Health Victoria Point, you will provide medical care and support for residents, lead clinical staff, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities

- Document clinical information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Lead and mentor staff to support career development.
- Model and enforce health and safety policies. Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Valid nursing degree.
- Experience in clinical care and leadership.
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of AN‑ACC.
