A high-quality spray finishing workshop in the Brisbane/Redlands region is seeking an experienced 2Pac Topcoater to join the team in early 2026. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, understands premium finishes, and can consistently deliver top-quality results in a busy production setting. Key Responsibilities
- Topcoat cabinetry, doors, and panels using 2Pac systems.
- Maintain consistent finish quality, colour accuracy, and gloss levels.
- Conduct minor repairs and touch-ups where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the spray booth area.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets. Requirements
- Experience as a 2Pac Topcoater.
- Solid understanding of paint prep, spraying, and finishing processes.
- Able to produce high-quality finishes with consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision. What’s On Offer
