Bartender (Kingsbury)

Busy restaurant & cocktail bar needs a new face to add to their already growing team. A permanent part time/full time position will be offered to the candidate/s who can prove themselves and earn a regular spot within our team. Must be available 'MOST' weekends. Located in Bundoora in busy shopping location. We are a Fusion of ideas. That includes; Restaurant, Sports Bar, Cocktail Bar and Function and Events Space. The role is for an experienced bar individual with some floor experience as well, to assist on the floor when required. All candidates do require an RSA Certificate. Someone who works well unassisted, aswell as under pressure and who can move at a fast paced environment. We have an already amazing team with personality and loyalty and hope our newest candidate can bring their great attitude in to join us. We are looking for a reasonably exprienced candidate, that could make this place their new home. Those with Supervisory experience are encouraged, and those who want to develop are urged to apply. We have a restaurant downstairs with a function room upstairs. So we have shifts available for restaurant service and/or roles available to work functions and events. Simply pouring beers, mixing drinks and making cocktails is what the main role will include. As well as the usual setting up and closing duties will also be involved. At times, you may be required to help assist other team members with floor service will also be involved. Cocktail knowledge would be great if you can bring your skills to our team. - Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in a similar hospitality venue on the floor or bar;
