Process Engineer Reservoir

Our client is a well-established paper manufacturing company currently seeking a motivated Graduate Process Engineer to join their manufacturing and engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to build hands-on experience within a large-scale manufacturing setting and develop a long-term career in process engineering.

You will gain exposure to production processes, plant operations, continuous improvement projects, and technical drafting while working alongside experienced engineers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and improving paper manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and product quality. Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and waste. Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD. Assist with drafting work relating to plant equipment, production lines, and factory layouts. Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues. Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports. Support project coordination and implementation activities across the plant.

Skills & Requirements Recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. AutoCAD and technical drafting experience is essential. Robust interest in manufacturing, production, and industrial operations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment. High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
