Welcome to our BRAND NEW Centre in South Australia -** Eden Academy Happy Valley.** We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 99 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About You** As our current Centre Manager, you will:

- **Lead** with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care
- Passionate and **impactful leader** with a focus on children and educators
- **Inspires**teams to deliver exceptional learning environments
- **Empowers** educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity
- **Builds**robust connections with families and supports teams through open, thoughtful communication
- Creates a joyful, caring space that promotes **meaningful growth** for all

**What You’ll Bring**:

- You'll hold a **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
- Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
- Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- A warm, approachable and qualified manner
- You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
