About Us Mehr Care is an NDIS provider delivering disability supports focused on participant wellbeing, safety, and independence. We are currently exploring the future expansion of our services to include clinical and nursing supports. About the Role This is an opportunity for a capable and confident nurse to contribute to the development of a safe, high-quality nursing service within the NDIS space. The role will involve (subject to service commencement): Medication management and administration Clinical assessments and care planning Wound care and other nursing supports Working collaboratively with support workers and allied health professionals Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation This role is suited to a nurse who is comfortable working autonomously and contributing to the development of clinical processes, documentation practices, and service delivery approaches within a growing organisation. Candidate Requirements (Essential) Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgement Confidence operating as the sole nurse within a service, with appropriate external clinical supports where required Understanding of protected practice, risk management, and participant-centred care Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check Current First Aid and CPR certification Compliance Requirements Applicants must be willing to provide the following prior to commencement: Evidence of AHPRA registration NDIS Worker Screening clearance National Police Check First Aid and CPR certification Proof of identity Professional references Desirable Experience in disability, community, or aged care settings Experience supporting participants with complex needs Understanding of clinical governance frameworks and documentation standards Safeguarding and Quality Mehr Care is committed to meeting the expectations of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
