Kitchen Hand / Back of House Staff (Rhodes)

Soul Origin Rhodes is currently seeking Casual / Full Time **KITCHEN HANDS**to join the team!

You’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful you’ll have:

- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipe
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as require
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.

5-6 days a week, 6am start.
