Cafe Chef (Sydney Olympic Park)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our growing team. Your Role: As our Café Chef, you'll take ownership of our daytime kitchen, delivering high-quality brunch and lunch dishes with speed, consistency, and flair. You’ll play a key role in refining our current menu, contributing recent ideas, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes from our existing brunch/lunch menu
- Assist in plating and presentation improvements
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Work with the team to streamline kitchen operations and prep workflows
- Collaborate with owners on seasonal menu tweaks or specials What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a café chef, breakfast chef or short-order cook
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Passion for fresh, wholesome, Mediterranean-style food
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
