**LAB Bakery Cafe Rhodes is hiring a Barista**

**1. Position & Number of Openings**
- **Position**: Barista

**2. Responsibilities**
- Espresso extraction, dialing in, coffee quality control, and beverage preparation
- Customer service and store management
- Stock and hygiene management
- General barista duties and all-rounder tasks

**3. Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Australia
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to work
- Able to work efficiently during peak hours

**4. Working Conditions**
- **Work days**: 4-5 days per week (including at least one weekend day)
- **Shifts**: 6:45 AM
- 2:00 PM, or 2:00 PM
- 9:30 PM

**5. Pay**
- Paid at the casual rate
- TFN required, wages paid via bank transfer
