Barista/all Rounder (Rhodes)

We’re a busy waterfront café looking for **two casual/part-time team members** to join our friendly crew for **morning shifts**:

- An **Experienced Barista** who’s confident behind the machine
- A **Café All-Rounder** with a can-do attitude and great people skills

**Position 1: Experienced Barista**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make consistently excellent coffee and handle high-volume service
- Open and maintain a clean, organized coffee station
- Provide friendly service and support the team during peak hours

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident with coffee equipment and milk texturing
- Strong communication and customer service skills

**Position 2: Café All-Rounder**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Set up and clean tables, serve food and drinks
- Take customer orders and help keep the café running smoothly
- Support the baristas as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Friendly personality with a willingness to learn
- Good communication and team skills
- Hospitality experience and basic coffee knowledge are a bonus
- Full training provided
