- Are “service spotters” and anticipate the needs of those around us.
- Are immersed in product knowledge, enhancing technical ability and provide outstanding recommendations.
- Foster loyalty through relationship building and never allowing a guest to leave unhappy.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you must:

- Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
- Be professional with well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Have flexibility and ability to work mornings and including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role (highly desired).
