Barista/all Rounder (Sydney Olympic Park)

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Barista to work in one of Sydney’s most iconic and beautiful parklands and to join a team who is dedicated to creating experiences people love. Waterview Café is located in the heart of Bicentennial Park offering breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. We offer freshly roasted and brewed coffee and high quality food hand crafted by our award winning executive chefs.

Waterview Café are seeking a professional full time / part time Barista’s to be an active and integral team member.

You will be working with a team of passionate and skilled Baristas and Coffee professionals.

As a **Barista** in our café you must;
- Be able to work weekends.
- Have a minimum of 1 Year Experience in coffee within Australia and preferably high volume.
- Have a passion for coffee and thirst for knowledge.
- Have the knowledge of using a coffee machines and adjustment of grinder.
- Be a team player.
- Have a willingness to learn.
- Have an ability to work under pressure within a fast paced workplace.
- Have the understanding of the importance of customer service.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have experience in a similar role, and as a café all-rounder.
- Have exceptional standards of food and coffee preparation.
- Have a high standard of hygiene.
- Have Australian working rights.
