About the Role An incredible opportunity awaits a Property Manager or a Senior Property Manager to join our team! In this role, your journey will focus primarily on customer service and relationship management — rather than the day-to-day operational tasks. You will also be coheasively supported by our decicated and categorised service teams including leasing, inspection, maintenance, tenant services and centralised professional teams of trust account & administrationy our, backed by the cutting-edge IT software, ensuring that all aspects of cutomer experience are cared for and the property management are handled efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Effectively people and customers relationship mnagmenet skills
- Proactively interact with customers
- Swiftly respond to and provide soltuions to customers
- Collaboratively work with internal categorised service teams to deliver property management services with quality and professionalism About You
- Minimum COR required for Property Manger or Class 2 above Licence for Senior Property Manager
- People person, and customer service centric traits
- A real team player with positive & can-do attitude and multi-task ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills at business level preferrable (English & Chinese)
