Barista/all Rounder Rhodes

We’re a busy waterfront café looking for two casual/part-time team members to join our friendly crew for morning shifts:

An Experienced Barista who’s confident behind the machine

A Café All-Rounder with a can-do attitude and outstanding people skills

Position 1: Experienced Barista

What You’ll Do:

Make consistently excellent coffee and handle high-volume service

Open and maintain a clean, organized coffee station

Provide friendly service and support the team during peak hours

What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

Confident with coffee equipment and milk texturing

Robust communication and customer service skills

Position 2: Café All-Rounder

What You’ll Do:

Set up and clean tables, serve food and drinks

Take customer orders and help keep the café running smoothly

Support the baristas as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly personality with a willingness to learn

Valuable communication and team skills

Hospitality experience and basic coffee knowledge are a bonus

Full training provided
