Cheesecake in a Can – Premium Dessert, based in North Strathfield, BrandSydney, NSW
We are a fast-growing premium dessert company launching an exciting new concept: Combining fine dining pastry techniques with modern production innovation, we are looking for passionate pastry chefs who want to grow with a creative and ambitious team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is: self-motivated, eager to learn, passionate about desserts, and excited to be part of a unique startup journey from the early stages.
About the Role You will work closely with our core team in the production and development of our cheesecake range, helping maintain consistency, quality, creativity, and presentation standards.
Your responsibilities may include Preparing cheesecake mixes, creams, biscuit bases, and compotes Filling and finishing premium canned desserts Assisting with recipe preparation and product development Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Supporting production efficiency and consistency Working collaboratively within a friendly team workplace
What We’re Looking For basic patisserie skills
Experience in pastry, desserts, bakery, or commercial kitchen production Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and within a team Passion for quality and attention to detail Valuable time management and organisation skills Fine dining or production kitchen experience is highly regarded but not essential
