What you'll be doing Assisting the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking and presentation and people management. Following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistent high-quality dishes Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers Developing your skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

What we're looking for Completed certificate or diploma in commercial cookery or equivalent culinary training Some previous experience in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace, preferably in a Chef De Partie or similar senior role Strong focus on food safety and hygiene Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes Enthusiasm to learn and develop your culinary abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
