Social Media Manager (Homebush)

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn social media into real business growth not just likes and followers. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of building, scaling and growing brands through social media, paid advertising and digital strategy. What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing cutting-edge social media and digital marketing strategies
- Managing paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS and customer acquisition
- Driving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness across multiple platforms
- Creating campaigns that convert and generate measurable business outcomes
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-performing content and campaigns We're looking for experience in:
- Scaling brands and businesses through social and digital strategy
- Driving customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth
- Managing and optimising high-performing Meta Ads and paid social campaigns across Instagram,Facebook LinkedIn and TikTok
- Growing social media accounts, audiences and online communities
- Demonstrating measurable business growth through campaign performance and analytics
- Creating content strategies that drive engagement, conversions and ROI
