We are a well‑established specialist orthodontic practice seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Dental Assistant / Practice Manager to join our team 32 hours per week. About the Role This hybrid position combines clinical chairside assisting with practice management responsibilities. You’ll support high‑quality orthodontic care while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Chairside assisting for orthodontic procedures
- Sterilisation, infection control and clinical preparation
- Appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Overseeing daily practice administration and workflow
- Managing recalls, treatment plans and patient communication
- Supporting a warm, professional, patient‑centred environment About You
- Experience as a Dental Assistant (orthodontic experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and patient rapport
- Confident with dental software and administrative processes
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
