What success looks like in this role: Risk and Compliance Administratoris responsible to assist in and support the Risk and Compliance Operating Office in their day-to-day activities.
- Security Packet audit checks (both digital and physical documents) to ensure that core loan documentation has been loaded and stored by internal and third parties.
- Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data.
- Administer the Appointment and Revocation of representatives with ASIC, and monthly reconciliation process, and Hindsight Reviews.
- Administer the Monthly Continuing Qualified Development (CPD) program, including loading monthly training to Moodle, tracking, monitoring, reconciling and reporting on compliance with CPD requirements.
- Assist Risk and Compliance management with key administration support as part of the ongoing management of the Risk and Compliance Framework. This includes Administration Management of the Risk & Control Framework, Minuting governance meetings, Assisting in the documentation of process & Administration support for incident management.
- Any other Risk and Compliance support activities as defined by the Head of Risk and Compliance Operating Office. Qualifications

- must be able to travel to Moore bank, NSW (or any other facility within the Sydney Metro area) on a monthly basis for up to 2 days.
