Commerical Operations Manager (North Richmond)

**The Chance**: This role will report directly to our General Manager while leading a team of 2+ Estimators and a Continuous Improvement Lead. This role has a wide reach in our company and therefore needs someone who has a strengths in both Operations and Finance. You will oversee and lead the estimations, pricing, and continuous improvement functions across the business.

**About the Role**:

- You will oversee the whole estimation function and provide insights for accuracy while building systems and tools in line with our growth plan.
- Part of this role is to continually support and drive the Continuous Improvement mindset and projects on site in partnership with your CI Lead.
- Present ANZ pricing proposals at APAC at weekly meeting along with our Commercial Manager
- Creation of local PSG to provide more controls around local pricing methodology, processes, and calculations
- Weekly Actual vs Estimate pricing analysis to address and investigate and variances outside of tolerance %.
- Provide margin analysis reporting and insights for all customers
- Participate in Senior Management meetings
- Set commercial operations annual strategy in line with business strategy.
- Prepare commercial operations budget, savings initiative
- review budget vs actual for department on monthly basis

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Operations, or Quantitative Methods
- Demonstrated Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Ability to lead and develop team members
