Administration Assistant/ Receptionist
**ePrint is a quick-paced, family owned and operated print company in Brisbane that seeks a Print Operator/Finisher to join our growing team.**
We do quite a large variety of work, stretching across wide/large format, small format, digital printing.
**Essential Job Role Requirements**:
- Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of XERO accounting software
- Accounts Payable, receipting, statement collation & Payments
- Accounts Receivables, invoicing, statements and subsequently chasing payments
- Payroll processing
- BAS
- Invoicing Orders
- Goods Receivable
- General office duties including backup answering phones and accounts filing
**Other duties would include but not be limited to the following**:
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Responding to queries from suppliers
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage the reception area
- Client Assistance: Provide information about services and help clients enquiries
- Maintaining and ordering a level of stationery and office supplies when required
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, scanning and filing
- Providing administrative support to the Administration team
Previous experience in the print industry is a bonus.
**Hours of work**:
- Monday to Friday
This role will initially be casual 5 days per week, Full time may be offered after probation period.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
