About the Role Join the P. Johnson team in our elegant showrooms located in Windsor, Armadale or the Melbourne CBD. As a Client Advisor and Fitter, you'll be instrumental in delivering a refined, personalised experience for every client. From custom fittings to brand storytelling, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of our luxury offering while supporting daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Hosting Welcome clients with warmth and attentiveness, creating a memorable and elevated in-store experience from the moment they walk through the door.
- Training & Development Take part in an immersive training program covering fabric knowledge, garment construction, and fitting techniques, with ongoing mentorship from seasoned industry professionals.
- Sales & Styling Support Assist clients in discovering garments that suit their personal style and needs, offering guidance on tailoring and wardrobe curation while developing your sales expertise.
- Showroom Operations Help maintain an immaculate showroom environment, assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure a seamless client journey and productive back-of-house function.

Who You Are
- Passionate about clothing, style, and creating memorable client experiences
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client services is highly regarded but not essential
