Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal flow and mínimal wait times. Handle inquiries and follow-up calls with precision.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, manage patient forms, and provide administrative assistance to the medical team.
- **Billing and Insurance Coordination**: Assist with patient billing, insurance verification, and payment processing, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Exceptional Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
