The Operations & Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position provides essential support across office administration and operational activities to ensure projects and business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You will work closely with our operations and administration team building practical skills and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, workforce coordination, procurement, and general operational tasks
- Maintain project documentation and company systems
- Provide support to the Operations Manager with coordination and administration
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to management when required
- Maintain spreadsheets, tracking systems, and operational records
- Basic data entry skills in Excel for maintaining spreadsheets and operational records Team & Business Support
- Provide general office and coordination support to ensure smooth business operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Contribute to a professional, organised, and collaborative workplace workplace
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes as needed What We Offer

- Previous administration or accounts experience
- Experience in construction, trades, or maintenance industries
- Familiarity with accounting software
